1. The inner party tries to control the outter parties additude towards sex because the iner party structured sex to have one purpose and thats for reproduction. Also the party finds sex to be boring and that it should remain joyless for both participants.
2.They turn a blind eye to the inner parties visit to prostitutes because it's not a matter of great importance to the party, plus the inner party members have more rights and freedoms than the other citizensbecause of their heavy dedication and efforts towards the party.
